Hope Haven provides mental health and wellbeing support around the Whitehaven and Copeland area for adults over 18.

It is a warm, welcoming and judgement‑free space where anyone can drop in for emotional, practical or social support.

We work alongside Cumbria Health, Everyturn Mental Health, Home Group, iCan, The Well and the Whitehaven Community Trust. Together, we provide support to the people of Whitehaven and Copeland in the heart of the community.
