This booklet is for people who deliberately harm themselves and are unhappy about it. It is also for family and friends who may have difficulty understanding this behaviour. People who have experience of harming themselves have contributed to the writing of this booklet. It offers self help advice. However, anyone who self-harms should also see their GP (Family Doctor).
