The Northumberland Head Injuries Service (NHIS) is a specialist community based service offering health and social rehabilitation in the community.
Northumberland Head Injuries Service offers a range of services for people who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, including rehabilitation and social care. The service is available to residents from Northumberland of the age of 16 years and over.
The service also liaises with other agencies in relation to head injury issues as well as providing advice to family and carers.
