This leaflet gives easy read details about the Northumberland Learning Disability Community Treatment Team. It tells you who they are and what they do.

Who are we?

We are a team of trained people. 

We work in Northumberland.

We help adults with their mental health and wellbeing.

We work with adults who have a learning disability.

We also work with their families and carers.

We help you deal with lots of different feelings and problems.

We can also help with challenging behaviour. We use Positive Behavioural Support to do this.
