It aims to raise awareness and help health professionals who are not child protection specialists to identify the features of physical, sexual and emotional abuse, neglect and fabricated or induced illness.
Cleadon Ward is an inpatient unit, which treats people who have functional mental health conditions. The ward is based at Monkwearmouth Hospital, Sunderland.
Clearbook is a female only, high dependency rehabilitation unit based at Hopewood Park, Sunderland. The service is for females only above the age of 18 years old who require a period of intensive rehabilitation in a hospital setting.
