What our clients say about us

I couldn’t have been placed in more perfect hands. A small difference is what I would have been grateful for, little did I know with your support, dedication, enthusiasm and care that I would have made so much progress. My husband and I can never thank you enough for all that you’ve achieved.

I just wanted to say a proper thank you for the work and care you’ve given me. I feel more like myself now and I’m enjoying doing a little more each day.

Feel very lucky to have people like you working in our NHS! You do amazing work and helped me to get my life back on track.

Thank you for helping me this past year and making me feel confident that I deserve more than what I had. You’ve made me believe I can get a job I deserve.

Thank you for all the help you are giving me and my family. I could not have got this far without you.

I just wanted to say thank you for the care you and your colleagues are giving me.  I use the term care deliberately instead of treatment because I really do feel cared for by you and your colleagues. I think that is so important because people like me are quite vulnerable and anxious, and I know all patients are these things as well regardless of why they are patients, but I think with a head injury this can definitely be the case.  I appreciate the care you are giving me, and the understanding and compassion you have.

Thanks again, your support has been so important. I wish people could understand more about how you help on the mental health side of recovery, even just a simple email you send continues to help build your confidence.
