If you have multiple sclerosis we can provide you with specialist support, advice, information and education to help you to manage your condition at home. Our multiple sclerosis specialist nurses  service is available to anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of MS and you can either self-refer or ask your GP, consultant neurologist or other health professional to refer you.
