What is the Community Multiple Sclerosis Team?
The Community Multiple Sclerosis Team, based at Walkergate Park in Newcastle, is a multidisciplinary team working with people, and their families/carers, who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). The service provides therapy, information, advice and continued support throughout your MS journey.
Who is the service for?
The team offers a range of services for Adults with a confirmed MS diagnosis who live in the North East Region.
To access the service you must have a specific goal(s) that we can help with.
How can I get referred?
- If you are a GP or health care professional and wish to refer your patient, please use the form below
- Individuals with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) can self-refer, but please get in touch directly using the contact details at the bottom of the page
