The Regional Disability Team (RDT), based at Walkergate Park in Newcastle, is a specialised, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team for people with long term, complex, neurological conditions.
The team offers a range of services for people living in the north east with long term neurological conditions, aged 16 years of age and over.
To access the service you must have a specific goal(s) that we can help with.
We are unable to accept referrals for:

The RDT and CMST offers specialist assessment, treatment and intervention for people with a diagnosis of a neurological condition aged from 16 years. The teams are based at Walkergate Park in Newcastle upon Tyne.
