The Personality Disorder Hub is a trust-wide service providing assessment, treatment and care co-ordination for individuals over the age of 18, who have a personality difficulties and present with significant risk to themselves through self harm or suicidality. We also provide scaffolding to staff in other teams, who are working with people with personality difficulties.
How to get Referred
Referrals can be made via care co-ordinators in Community Treatment Teams.
