South Tyneside Learning Disability Community Treatment Team
South Tyneside Community Learning Disability Services are currently provided in a partnership approach between CNTW and South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust (STSFT). CNTW currently provide Psychiatry and Psychology. STSFT currently provide the Specialist Learning Disability Community Treatment Team and the intensive support/Assertive Outreach Service.
