A North East NHS centre designed specifically to support adults with autism has been praised by European experts for its “clever” and “innovative” design.

Offering outstanding care is only possible through outstanding people – and we were delighted to celebrate people who have gone above and beyond to ensure excellent mental health, learning disability and neurological care for the North East.

Artworks created by North East NHS patients have won the highest trophy possible in a national arts competition that champions the creativity of ex-offenders.
