Kevin Scollay

Executive Director of Finance

Qualified accountant and holds BA (Hons) in Economics and graduated from the NHS Graduate Financial Management Training Programme in 2008.

Kevin has worked across a number of Trusts and settings in the North East including North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as well as supporting the Durham CCGs and the Vanguard Programme nationally across a number of systems in commissioning finance roles within NECS.

Most recently working within North East Ambulance Service as Finance Director with a broad portfolio including contracting, performance, procurement, estates and digital services.
