Employment Support

Employment support is included in our service, providing practical assistance to those accessing therapy who feel they need some support to manage difficulties with working. It is available to anyone who are either employed, on sick leave, or unemployed. Our support is designed to help you manage work-related challenges alongside your therapy and is tailored to individual needs.

You can access tailored one to one employment support once your treatment begins with your therapist. If you are waiting for treatment, we offer information sessions to help people get general advice about finding, returning and remaining in work.

Not ready to find or return to work?

We can help you prepare for work when you feel ready, help you think about what types of work might suit you best, or help you decide whether voluntary work or a short training course would help you make that first step towards work. Our support and advice are delivered at a pace that suits you and supports your therapy.
