A review of Points of You (PoY) and the new Friends and Family Test (FFT)

As the national mandatory Friends and Family Test question is changing from 1st April 2020, CNTW would like hear your views on the Point of You survey.

The purpose of this feedback is to understand whether or not the current survey is still suitable or whether the Trust needs to make changes to the wording or questions etc. CNTW is keen to make sure that the feedback you provide and that we receive helps to add value to our services.
