My first consultant post was in 2014, after completing my CCT in General Adult Psychiatry with an endorsement in Liaison Psychiatry. I worked in acute inpatient for 4 years before moving to my current post in the community at North Tyneside. I have been involved in undergraduate and post graduate teaching and in my previous post I was a trust wide tutor for junior doctors who are new to the NHS and in non-training posts. I have special interest in supporting and mentoring International Medical Graduates and refugee health professionals.
