Fellow of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (2003)

I qualified at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, University of London in August 1981.

I have been on the Specialist Register (Family Planning and Reproductive Health Care) since 20 December 1996.

I am Registered with a licence to practice.

From 1996-2013 I was a Consultant in Contraception and Sexual Health on Teesside.

From 2013 to date I have held the post of Consultant in Gender Dysphoria with the Northern Region Gender Dysphoria Service.

Special interests – Psychosexual therapy and postgraduate teaching.
