Dr Damian Robinson

I have trained in Old Age Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry, and also completed training in Public Health Medicine.

I have worked in the North East since 1997 and have held a number of posts within the Trust. I have been in a management position in a variety of service types for over 15 years, initially as a Lead Consultant and then a Group Medical Director. I was previously the Director of Infection Prevention and Control, and Emergency Planning and am now Deputy Medical Director for Safety. I work part-time over three days each week.

My clinical work is with the Newcastle Behaviour Support service for older adults working into residential care homes in the city.
