Dr Robert (Bob) Barber

I work as a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer with Newcastle University.

My work as an Old Age Psychiatrist is based with colleagues in the Castleside Day Hospital, Newcastle.

I have an interest in medical education and professional standards and have links with Health Education England North East and North Cumbria, NTW trust and the Royal College of Psychiatrists related to these roles.

I have an interest is research, particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of dementias.

I work with colleagues in the Dementia Clinical Research Network.
