Day Services – Woodwork (Northgate Hospital)

Woodwork is a department within Day Services based at Northgate Hospital, Morpeth. The service offers service users the opportunity to develop woodworking and do it yourself (DIY) skills.

Any service user from the Forensic Learning Directorate can attend the Woodwork Department.

Activities available are:

  • Electronics
  • Plumbing
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Heath and Safety
  • Moving and Handling
  • Using Hand Held Tools, Fixed Machines, Saws, Planers etc.
