Worked for almost 18 years as a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Tranwell Unit in Gateshead, initially as a sector Psychiatrist covering the range of mental disorders, then focusing on psychosis, then for 11 years on the Inpatient Unit. October 2018 moved to the Newcastle Crisis Team.
