Dr Kedar Kale

I have been a Consultant Psychiatrist in the Trust for several years and currently am Acting Clinical Director in Community Services for Newcastle and Gateshead and Lead Consultant Northumberland Older People’s Services. I have been a College Tutor for postgraduate trainees in psychiatry and remain committed to teaching and training.

I completed my MBBS and later MD in Psychological Medicine from the University of Mumbai.

I then went on to do higher training at Norwich and Cambridge and acquired a Certificate of Completion of Training in General Adult Psychiatry and Addictions Psychiatry. Whilst in Cambridge, I completed an MPhil (University of Cambridge) working on Dissociation profiles in Neuropsychiatry.
