South Tyneside Older Adult Day Service – CNTW019

Assessment, treatment and rehabilitation by a multi disciplinary health and social care team for older people with mental health problems arising from functional or organic disorders.

Includes memory management services.

The day services teams are specially trained staff with different roles and expertise.
