Annual Members’ Meeting – 2018

Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (NTW) is holding its Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) on Thursday, 19 July 2018 in the Jubilee Theatre at St Nicholas Hospital in Gosforth, Newcastle from 1.00pm to 4.30pm.

There will be an opportunity to listen to personal accounts from special guest speaker, 87 year old Ethel Armstrong, who was working as a cadet nurse at St Nicholas Hospital on the day the NHS was established in 1948. Earlier this year Ethel received an MBE from HRH the Prince of Wales, having been recognised in the Queen’s New Year Honours for seventy years of dedicated service to the NHS.

At this meeting, the public will have an opportunity to meet with Trust Governors, members of the Trust Board and staff. There will also be displays and stalls with lots of useful information about NTW services.
