Sarah Rushbrooke

Registered General Nurse with more than 36 years NHS experience working in several senior roles in a variety of clinical and managerial positions including acute provider, community, specialist, commissioning and strategic settings.

Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) Nursing Science and a Master’s degree in Academic and Professional Learning and has a strong passion to improve patient experience and implement service improvements. She is an accredited coach with Virginia Mason and is a graduate of the Nye Bevan Executive leadership Programme.

Sarah has previously been Group Director Deputy & Chief Operating Officer for Covid-19 and at CNTW, Deputy Chief Nurse at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in London and Nurse Director for the North of England Cancer Network with enormous experience in working across networks and partnerships for the benefit of professionals and their patients as well as Director of Quality, Patient Safety, Innovation and Improvement at North East Ambulance Service.
